ABOUT

During WWII the Quartermaster Corps began tagging salvaged equipment for reissue if it was functionally as good as new.

That historical resourcefulness is the whole reason I created Combat Serviceable. It’s about resurrecting durable, proven equipment and keeping it in rotation—an approach that honors history and is infinitely better than anything new.

So much of today's fashion—from the bomber jackets to the cargo pants we wear every day—is directly influenced by the functional garments of the armed forces. I want to offer the high-quality originals instead of seeing them recreated in inferior ways. Why settle for a mass-produced copy when you can wear a piece of history that was specially-designed and good-looking from the start?
